Class Description:
NEW Bata de Cola Class:
The bata de cola is a flamenco dress with a long train that requires a very specific technique. Artistic Director and founder of PyA, Elba Hevia y Vaca has studied bata de cola in Sevilla, Spain under world famous flamenco artists such as Belen Maya, Alicia Marquez and Yoland Heredia. The class will involve learning the specific technique and body posture essential for dancing properly with the bata de cola that will evolve into phrase work and choreography.
